Bristol based with Hybrid working (2 days per week in office, ad hoc requirement for further days)
Salary & benefits: £35,630 to £45,286 per annum (experience dependent) plus 12.5% employer pension, private medical insurance and further package available.

As our Learning and Development Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting all NCC staff members in their professional and personal development. This involves working with business stakeholders to identify skill gaps then creating and delivering high-quality training and assessment programs using a mixture of eLearning, virtual and face to face.
Your role will also include recruiting, developing and supporting graduates, engineering doctoral students, interns, year-in-industry students, and coordinating STEM activities. Mentoring and pastoral care will be a key part of your role with our Early Careers community.
So, what are we looking for?
- Experience in design and delivery of management, behavioural and technical training (e.g., Time Management, Presentation skills, Communications) using face to face, virtual and eLearning delivery approaches.
- Experience of recruiting, developing, managing, training, and providing welfare support to Early Careers Programmes or other recruiting experience.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to work with complexity and manage multiple projects.
- Generalist HR experience or an interest to learn.
