Bristol based with Hybrid working (2 days per week in office, ad hoc requirement for further days)

Salary & benefits: £35,630 to £45,286 per annum (experience dependent) plus 12.5% employer pension, private medical insurance and further package available.

As our Learning and Development Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting all NCC staff members in their professional and personal development. This involves working with business stakeholders to identify skill gaps then creating and delivering high-quality training and assessment programs using a mixture of eLearning, virtual and face to face.

Your role will also include recruiting, developing and supporting graduates, engineering doctoral students, interns, year-in-industry students, and coordinating STEM activities. Mentoring and pastoral care will be a key part of your role with our Early Careers community.

So, what are we looking for?

Experience in design and delivery of management, behavioural and technical training (e.g., Time Management, Presentation skills, Communications) using face to face, virtual and eLearning delivery approaches.

Experience of recruiting, developing, managing, training, and providing welfare support to Early Careers Programmes or other recruiting experience.

Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to work with complexity and manage multiple projects.

Generalist HR experience or an interest to learn.
