Passionate about aerospace propulsion and its role in achieving net zero flight?

At NCC we are working at the forefront of civil aerospace propulsion, from eVTOLs through to the next generation of passenger aircraft and rotorcraft, from rotor blades to exhaust components, hydrogen systems, battery storage and electrical motors.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in design, manufacture and/or development of gas turbine aero engines/components would be advantageous but not essential.
  • A desire to strive for a high performance team culture, a high attention to detail and willing to challenge the status quo to deliver groundbreaking solutions for our customers.
  • Someone who can provide technical oversight to project teams working in a research and development environment for a highly regulated industry, both in the planning phase and during project execution.
  • Demonstratable experience in driving innovation, contributing to team, business and customer strategy.
  • Experienced in product development lifecycle from early TRL to at least TRL 5.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement with the ability to develop new projects based on both high-level requirements and detailed technical challenges, communicate technical plans and disseminate outcomes.
  • Experience with a diverse range of composite materials and manufacturing technologies is desirable but not essential.
