So, what are we looking for?

• You're a proven leader of technical projects, with experience of working in a dynamic engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Composites knowledge is a bonus, but your strong technical problem-solving skills and passion for technology development will set you up for success.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, maintain project plans, and adhere to quality and safety standards.
• It’s great if you have done your PFQ but if not, we can support you to ensure success.
