Since the launch of the Energy team, we have seen rapid growth in the number of impactful and diverse projects we have undertaken in partnership with industry, academia, and UK Government. Our team’s vision is to be the leading voice for composites in making decarbonised energy generation happen in the UK and we are looking for unique individuals who can contribute to our high performing team.
You’ll be a key figure in our Energy sector team, accountable for the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects across the wind, hydrogen, and nuclear sectors that guarantee the future of next-generation composite technologies. Energy is one of our fastest growing sectors and you will be working closely with some of the world’s largest and most innovative manufacturers and technology developers.
So what are we looking for?
- You’re a proven programme manager, with a track record of delivering complex programmes of work to time, quality, and cost. Critically though, you’ve not strayed too far away from the technical side. You understand the needs of the sector and understand the variety of engineering challenges you’re likely to face in this role.
- You know how to manage customers – this role is all about providing a high level of service to some exciting engineering clients in order to guarantee the future of composites in Energy applications.
- Composites experience isn’t essential, provided you’ve worked on technical programmes of work, ideally in wind, hydrogen, and nuclear sectors.
