Research Engineer – Materials Science

You know materials, you love composites, and you love working towards new and innovative industrial applications. So do we.

You’ll join our Material Science capability, working to assess, demonstrate, and implement the next generation of composite materials into new industries or into innovative applications. You know materials applications, so this is right up your street.

Your hands-on experience in composite materials/testing processes will provide a foundation for a range of new responsibilities, from technical excellence to customer focus, providing the environment you need to grow and develop your career. You will have an analytical approach to your work and be able to solve issues that may arise with ease. You will ideally come from mechanical testing environment, with knowledge of industry standards and experience in developing bespoke tests at a coupon and component level, combined with skill in data interpretation and presentation.
