Now in our 11th year our growth isn't slowing - we're looking for 3 Engineering Project Managers to support an exciting new phase in our Aerospace programmes.

You’ll be a key figure in our Aerospace programmes team, managing complex and innovative projects that guarantee the next generation of aircraft, and deliver on some of the most complex engineering challenges ever faced by the sector. Working closely with some legacy customers, you’ll have the opportunity to influence new projects and make your mark. And with the NCC's commitment to staff development, who knows where this will take you? 

So what are we looking for?

  • You're a proven leader of technical projects, with experience of working on high-value, high-profile packages of work 
  • Experience working on Composites projects and/or within the Aerospace sector would be a big bonus, or equivalent experience within other engineering contexts
  • You're a strong communicator, able to support high-profile customers and work closely with internal stakeholders to build success
