Now in our tenth year, the NCC is undergoing an exciting growth spurt, and not just in composites. In the short time that’s passed since we won our first major digital programme, we’ve created a new Business Unit focussing solely on developing digital technologies into manufacturing applications, and we need engineers to support the wide variety of work that falls out of NCC Digital.

The growth is continuing, and this is where you come in.

As a Principal Model-Based Systems Engineer, you’re an expert in your field. You’re lead and develop the road map for the deployment of MBSE capabilities at NCC. This is your opportunity to join a rapidly growing business as a subject-matter expert. You’ll be the focal point for MBSE at NCC, with he responsibility and autonomy to establish a new technical toolkit within a world-leading organisation. Beyond the internal, you’ll establish partnerships with customers and will champion the NCC’s technical strategy to the outside world.

So what are we looking for?
  • You’ll have experience of applying systems engineering and MBSE in physical product development organisations, with a good understanding of engineering business processes
  • While owning a niche, you’re a team player, and understand the importance of embedding your technical know-how into a community of technical leaders – you’ll synthesise technical solutions with our current processes, and support the development of the NCC’s future
