As our Business Systems Manager, you’ll lead the ongoing development of the NCC’s Dynamics 365 ERP and other key enterprise platforms. You’ll be the key interface between the business and IT and will help drive and shape the NCC’s enterprise application landscape.

In this brand-new role, you will lead and coach a small team including system administrators and a D365 Developer ensuring both availability and stability of the current system, and advising on future developments and capabilities.

You will maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits at all times. Beyond the day to day management of systems, you’ll coordinate updates, improvements, and changes to keep things well configured to the needs of the business!

You will be a dynamic individual who is able to hit the ground running. You will have a proactive approach to problem solving, providing solutions to any issues that may arise. You are a team player but also someone that can work autonomously to achieve desired outcomes.

In this role you’ll need proven experience within a business systems role, experience working with Microsoft Dynamics D365 is essential. Experience of SharePoint online, PowerApps, Common Data and Power BI would also be beneficial. Confidence in supporting and leading high-performing self-sufficient team members is a must! You'll also need to be a credible representative of systems across the NCC, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, communicating complex concepts in simple terms.
