The National Composites Centre is a world-leading manufacturing R&D centre, focused on delivering innovative ideas into real-world applications across a wealth of engineering sectors. With a high-tech facility full of cutting edge equipment, it's vital that we have a strong maintenance team. This is where you come in.

As Scheduling & Systems Coordinator, you're an integral member of the Estates team, responsible for keeping the equipment and building maintained at the NCC:

- You own the annual PPM programme, from scheduling and coordination, to working with zone owners and contractors to ensure works are completed. You'll instruct and manage contractors on site, ensuring work is completed according to NCC standards and meets legislative guidelines

- You manage our CMMS, creating and refining procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy by all users at all times. You'll coordinate equipment and building asset management at NCC, ensuring that our systems are up to date and that our records reflect reality

This is an opportunity to put your expertise in planning, system administration, coordination and contractor management to the test in an exciting and stimulating environment. You'll have autonomy to make the role your own, and develop your own style of working to suit the needs of NCC. And within the context of a world-leading innovation centre, your work supports the future of manufacturing across a variety of sectors.

So what are we looking for?
You'll have demonstrable experience working in a maintenance role, ideally within a manufacturing context. You've worked with and coordinated a variety of stakeholders, from auditors to contractors, while supporting your colleagues on a day to day basis. Critically, you're vigilant and diplomatic, and able to resolve issues effectively.

You'll join a fun and cooperative team, where everyone takes pride in their work and is willing to help each other out. You'll be given the autonomy to shape the role to your preferences, and the trust to manage your own workload.
