In our short life we've expanded significantly, outgrowing key systems, processes, infrastructure and procedures. That makes the current landscape a bustling hive of activity as we make progress some exciting upgrade and update programs within IT. We're working to ensure that our IT is set up to support our innovative engineering centre now, and into the future.

We're looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our busy IT function. You'll be responsible for supporting, managing and administrating the NCC's M365 environments. Working closely with IT and security  engineers, you'll ensure our 365 ecosystem including Windows 10, licensing, security, and more, are ship-shape.

You'll also collaborate with external suppliers, and the services team at University of Bristol, our parent company.

So what are we looking for?
- Microsoft 365 licensing experience - ensuring appropriate application of MS licensing, and making recommendations according to emerging business needs
- Office 365 applications - experience of supporting and training users, developing system policy, and roadmapping
- Dynamics - knowledge and experience of MS Dynamics systems to support our new unified business system

Beyond that, you can work closely with customers, liaise with key stakeholders inside and outside of NCC, and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

Addressing the elephant in the room, this is a 1 year fixed-term contract, but in that time you'll have a wide range of valuable experiences for your professional development. Not to mention, we've some exciting plans going forward, so who knows what the future brings for this role?
